Kenneth A. Camp
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director Ken was elected president and chief executive officer of Batesville Casket Company May 1, 2001, and as president, CEO and director of Hillenbrand, Inc., March 31, 2008, the date of the company's separation from Hillenbrand Industries, Inc. He had previously served as senior vice president of Hillenbrand Industries, Inc., since Oct. 1, 2006, and as vice president before that. In his 27 years with Hillenbrand Industries, Ken held various positions at Batesville Casket Company, including vice president/general manager of operations; vice president, sales and service; vice president, marketing; and vice president, strategic planning.
Cynthia L. Lucchese
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Cindy joined the company as vice president and chief financial officer in January 2008. Previously, she had served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for Thoratec Corporation. Prior to that, she worked for Guidant Corporation in a variety of senior financial roles, including vice president and treasurer, vice president of finance and administration of the Guidant Sales Corporation, and corporate controller and chief accounting officer.
Kevin C. Bowen
President, K-Tron Kevin has been president of K-Tron since April 2, 2010. He has been with the company in various capacities since 1979, most recently as senior vice president, Process Group, for K-Tron International, from July 2005 until Hillenbrand's acquisition of the company in April 2010. Kevin served as president and chief executive officer of K-Tron America, Inc. beginning in March 1995. From June 2000 to July 2005, he was also senior vice president of K-Tron's Feeder Group. Prior to that, Kevin served in various roles at K-Tron, including as president of K-Tron North America and as president of K-Tron America.
Kimberly K. Dennis
President, Batesville Services
Senior Vice President, Hillenbrand, Inc. Kim became president of Batesville Services and its subsidiaries, including Batesville Casket Company, in April 2011. She had previously served as senior vice president of Hill-Rom Holdings, a leading global provider of medical equipment and services, and general manager Hill-Rom’s post-acute care division. Prior to that, Kim had spent 14 years with Batesville in a variety of leadership roles in finance, planning, operations, logistics and information technology, followed by two years as vice president of shared services and information technology at Hillenbrand Industries.
William J. Herkamp President, Rotex Bill has served as president of Rotex since he joined the company in 2002. He began his career at Emerson Electric, progressing through sales and marketing roles of increasing responsibility at Emerson Power Transmission. In 1988, he joined Emerson’s Sweco business, which is a leading manufacturer of liquid-solid separation equipment, where he had responsibility for global marketing and sales, served as vice president for the Asian division and spent four years living in Belgium as vice president, then president in Europe. Bill is an active member of the Process Equipment Manufacturers Association (PEMA), where he previously served as president.
Mark L. Kohler
President, Size Reduction Group
Mark was named president of the Size Reduction Group July 1, 2011, the most recent promotion in his 35 years in the industry. He started as a designer at Gundlach, which became a brand within the Size Reduction Group in 2006. He worked his way up through positions of increasing responsibility, including vice president of manufacturing. In 2007, he was named general manager for the Gundlach brand. During his tenure, Gundlach’s business more than doubled, including developing and introducing industry-leading crushers and cage mills used in a number of industries around the globe.
Joe A. Raver President, Process Equipment Group
Senior Vice President, Hillenbrand, Inc. Joe was named president of the Process Equipment Group April 1, 2011. Prior to that, he had been president of Batesville Casket Company since June 2008. Joe had previously served as vice president and general manager of the respiratory care division of Hill-Rom Holdings, a leading global provider of medical equipment and services. He joined Hill-Rom in 2004 as vice president of strategy and shared services. Prior to joining Hill-Rom, Joe spent 10 years in a variety of leadership positions at Batesville Casket Company and Hillenbrand Industries.
P. Douglas Wilson
Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer Doug joined the company as senior vice president of Human Resources in March 2008. He had spent the previous year assisting senior executives in strategy execution and leadership development. Prior to that, Doug was vice president for worldwide merger integration at Boston Scientific Corporation, having served as vice president of human resources for Guidant Corporation prior to the merger of the two companies in 2006. He served as president of Ronald Blue & Co., a privately held financial services company and, before that, spent 20 years with Eli Lilly and Company, where he held numerous executive positions.
John R. Zerkle
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
John became senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of the company March 31, 2008. Previously, he had served as vice president and general counsel of Batesville Casket Company since 2004. From September 2002 to February 2004, John served as vice president and general counsel of Forethought Financial Services, Inc., then a subsidiary of Hillenbrand Industries, Inc.. He also served as compliance officer for Forethought Investment Management, Inc. Prior to joining Forethought, John was in private practice for 20 years, where he focused his practice on corporate, securities, regulatory and banking law matters.
Richard S. Barnett
Vice President and Associate General Counsel Rick was named Hillenbrand's vice president and associate general counsel in June 2011, after having served as vice president and general counsel of the company's subsidiary, Batesville Casket Company, since February 2008. In the 10 years before joining Batesville, Rick had served in counsel and senior counsel roles for International Paper Company. Prior to that, he spent six years in private practice in Cincinnati, where he focused on litigation, corporate, employment, debtor-creditor and commercial/contract law matters.
Diane R. Bohman, CPA
Vice President, Corporate Strategy Diane became vice president, corporate strategy, in June 2011. She had previously served as vice president, logistics; vice president and chief financial officer; and vice president, strategy, for Batesville Casket Company from 2005 to 2011. Prior to this, Diane worked for seven years at Hill-Rom Company, Inc., holding a broad array of positions in the finance organization. She began her career in the business assurance practice of Coopers & Lybrand, LLP.
Elizabeth E. Dreyer, CPA
Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer Elizabeth joined Hillenbrand
as vice president, controller and chief accounting officer in December 2010. She most recently worked at Zimmer, Inc., the worldwide leader in providing orthopedic medical devices, based in Warsaw, Ind., serving as vice president of finance, leading financial planning and analysis, global science and t echnology, and financial shared services. She has also had roles in
finance, organizational effectiveness and internal audit at several
Indianapolis-area companies, including Createc Corporation, ADESA, Guidant
and Deloitte.
Theodore S. Haddad, CPA
Vice President and Treasurer Ted joined the company as the chief accounting officer in 2007 and transitioned to his current role, leading treasury and tax, in 2010. Previously, he had served as a senior manager in the Audit and Business Advisory Services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, and in a similar position at Arthur Andersen, LLP, before that.
Jan Santerre
Vice President, Lean Business Jan joined the company as vice president of lean business in December 2008. She most recently served as vice president of operations in Parker Hannifin Corporation’s hydraulics group, where she oversaw and improved performance in several North American operations. Prior to that, Jan was vice president of the lean enterprise and quality, where she developed and deployed the Parker Lean System. Santerre developed her lean knowledge and experience through managerial roles during her 18 years with Delphi Automotive Systems and General Motors.
