Kenneth A. Camp
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Ken was elected president and chief executive officer of Batesville Casket Company May 1, 2001, and as president, CEO and director of Hillenbrand, Inc., March 31, 2008, the date of the company's separation from Hillenbrand Industries, Inc. He had previously served as senior vice president of Hillenbrand Industries, Inc., since Oct. 1, 2006, and as vice president before that. In his 27 years with Hillenbrand Industries, Ken held various positions at Batesville Casket Company, including vice president/general manager of operations; vice president, sales and service; vice president, marketing; and vice president, strategic planning.

Cynthia L. Lucchese
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Cindy joined the company as vice president and chief financial officer in January 2008. Previously, she had served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for Thoratec Corporation. Prior to that, she worked for Guidant Corporation in a variety of senior financial roles, including vice president and treasurer, vice president of finance and administration of the Guidant Sales Corporation, and corporate controller and chief accounting officer.

Kevin C. Bowen
President, K-Tron Process Group
Kevin has been president of K-Tron Process Group since April 2, 2010. He has been with K-Tron in various capacities since 1979, most recently as senior vice president, Process Group, for K-Tron International, from July 2005 until Hillenbrand's acquisition of K-Tron in April 2010. Kevin served as president and chief executive officer of K-Tron America, Inc. beginning in March 1995. From June 2000 to July 2005, he was also senior vice president of K-Tron's Feeder Group. Prior to that, Kevin served in various roles at K-Tron, including as president of K-Tron North America and as president of K-Tron America.

Lukas Guenthardt
Senior Vice President, K-Tron Business Development
Lukas became senior vice president of K-Tron Business Development April 2, 2010. Prior to that, he had been senior vice president of corporate development at K-Tron International for five years. Lukas has been with K-Tron since July 1992, serving in various capacities, including roles as director of international research and development; managing director of divisions based in Switzerland; senior vice president of strategic planning, product development and marketing; senior vice president and chief strategy officer; and senior vice president of the Pneumatic Conveying Group.

Donald W. Melchiorre
President, K-Tron Size Reduction Group
Don has been president of K-Tron's Size Reduction Group since April 2, 2010. Most recently, he had been senior vice president of the size reduction group for K-Tron International and president and chief executive officer of Pennsylvania Crusher Corporation, a K-Tron subsidiary. Don has served in a number of roles since he joined Penn Crusher in 1982 as regional sales manager, then serving in escalating sales roles for K-Tron's U.S. and Swiss subsidiaries. In 1992, he left the company to establish EPI Technical Sales, Inc., an independent sales representative organization selling bulk material handling equipment, including both K-Tron and Penn Crusher equipment. Don returned to Penn Crusher in 1996, going on to lead that organization and Jeffrey Specialty Equipment Corporation as president and CEO.

Joe A. Raver
President, Batesville Casket Company
Senior Vice President, Hillenbrand, Inc.
Joe became president of Batesville Casket Company in June of 2008. He had previously served as vice president and general manager of the respiratory care division of Hill-Rom Holdings, a leading global provider of medical equipment and services. Joe joined Hill-Rom in 2004 as vice president of strategy and shared services. Prior to joining Hill-Rom, Raver spent 10 years in a variety of leadership positions at Batesville Casket Company and Hillenbrand Industries.

P. Douglas Wilson
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Doug joined the company as senior vice president of Human Resources in March 2008. He had spent the previous year assisting senior executives in strategy execution and leadership development. Prior to that, Doug was vice president for worldwide merger integration at Boston Scientific Corporation, having served as vice president of human resources for Guidant Corporation prior to the merger of the two companies in 2006. He served as president of Ronald Blue & Co., a privately held financial services company and, before that, spent 20 years with Eli Lilly and Company, where he held numerous executive positions.

John R. Zerkle
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
John became senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of the company March 31, 2008. Previously, he had served as vice president and general counsel of Batesville Casket Company since 2004. From September 2002 to February 2004, John served as vice president and general counsel of Forethought Financial Services, Inc., then a subsidiary of Hillenbrand Industries, Inc.. He also served as compliance officer for Forethought Investment Management, Inc. Prior to joining Forethought, John was in private practice for 20 years, where he focused his practice on corporate, securities, regulatory and banking law matters.

Theodore S. Haddad, CPA
Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer
Ted joined the company as the chief accounting officer in 2007. Previously, he had served as a senior manager in the Audit and Business Advisory Services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, and in a similar position at Arthur Andersen, LLP, before that.

Mark R. Lanning, CPA
Vice President, Treasury, Investor Relations and Communications
In March 2008, Mark became vice president of treasury, investor reslations and communications for Hillenbrand, Inc. He had previously spent more than 20 years with Hillenbrand Industries, most recently as vice president and treasurer. Prior to that, Mark served as a senior audit manager with Ernst & Young, LLP.

Hinesh Patel
Vice President, Business Development and Strategy
Hinesh became vice president of business development and strategy in September of 2008. He most recently served as director of strategy and business development for Honeywell, where he started his career as a manufacturing process engineer. In the intervening years, Patel held management roles in strategy and development at Milliken & Company, Caspian Networks, Eaton Corporation and Arthur D. Little.

Jan Santerre
Vice President, Lean Business
Jan joined the company as vice president of lean business in December 2008. She most recently served as vice president of operations in Parker Hannifin Corporation’s hydraulics group, where she oversaw and improved performance in several North American operations. Prior to that, Jan was vice president of the lean enterprise and quality, where she developed and deployed the Parker Lean System. Santerre developed her lean knowledge and experience through managerial roles during her 18 years with Delphi Automotive Systems and General Motors.
